The Day of Dance is our biggest event of the year. Our friends from Coventry, Etcetera and Winchester join St Albans Morris Men to mark the end of our summer of dance. You may also spot a couple of members of Whitchurch and Letchworth.

One of the nice things about having a club that’s been around for a long time is that you develop a number of little traditional activities.
Christmas is a particularly traditional time of year.
Day of Dance
For the Met Office August 31 marks the end of summer, for us it’s our day of dance on the last Saturday of September. That’s today!

Mayor at May Day

Easter on the Green
Our traditional ‘pre-season friendly‘, Easter on the (Welham) Green (it must be traditional, we did it last year). We danced for the crowds on the village green in brisk conditions and led some young and not so young people in a merry dance.
